Don’t forget to change your email report on your W-2 page to the new HR email address
All changes should be made in your ADP profile page. You can go the to the “employee login” at the top of the page to update your information.
For those Employee’s who selected paper W-2s, they will be mailed by January 31st of each year to the home address on file as of January 1st.
Address Changes for Existing and Former Employee’s
If you do not wish to receive your tax form electronically, be sure that your current mailing address is correct to avoid delays. To update your mailing address, please submit the change in writing or in person, directly to the human resources department. For security reasons, we cannot make address changes over the phone.
