To acquire access to Lyon Shipyard we require the following information:

Access Letter

• Access Letter Requirements:
  • Company Logo, Address, Phone, Email, Point of Contact
  • Printed Name, Title and Signature
  • Prime-Contractor or Subcontractor information
  • Visit Dates (Effective date – Expiration date)
  • Vessel Name (if known)
  • Information required for all persons entering the yard
    • First and Last name
    • Date of Birth
    • Citizenship Status

*Once initially approved by security, all access letters should be sent to badge access in the HR Dept. This email address will be forwarded by the security department upon approval and should be used for all future access letter requests.
